GDMS: Manage all your devices and deployments in one place!
GWN.Cloud has fully migrated into the Grandstream Device Management System as GDMS Networking. What does this mean for you? Continue reading to learn more about the changes and benefits.
Your GWN.Cloud account has been merged into GDMS, and can be found under the GDMS Networking section of the cloud platform. On the other side of the solution, GDMS Unified Communications, you can configure and manage Grandstream UC solutions. You can easily switch between the two sections within GDMS to manage all your devices under one account, seamlessly and easily.
Go to GDMS.Cloud to log in using your existing credentials to manage your devices.
Merging with an Existing GDMS Account
Your GWN.Cloud account has been migrated into a new GDMS account. Using your existing credentials, log in to GDMS.Cloud to access all your sites, devices, and configurations. If you already have a GDMS account, log in and check to see if the GWN.Cloud account was already merged into it. If not, follow the below steps.
1. Log in to your existing GDMS account.
2. In the top right of the window, click your account name
3. On the dropdown menu that appears, click "Merge Accounts"
4. Follow the instructions to add in your old GWN.Cloud credentials and merge your devices, sites, and configurations into your existing GDMS Networking section.
